How to Order Your Thesis

Congratulations on your academic achievement!

If you have a PDF of your dissertation and would like us to copy and bind it, select the Order Your Thesis Online icon on the right side of the page. This will take you to our convenient automated online ordering system where you can place your order, select the delivery method and make payment in a few easy steps. Major credit cards and University  procurement cards are accepted.

Or if you have a printed copy of your thesis or dissertation, place your binding order by filling out the Thesis Binding Order Form. Send the order form with your thesis copy(s) and check payable to UC Regents to:

Normal time to process your order is two weeks from the receipt of your thesis.

Thesis and Dissertation Styles

We offer three styles of hardcover binding from which to choose for your thesis or dissertation:

Style one

STYLE 1: Lettering on the spine of the cover only - ($37.00/binding)

Style two

STYLE 2: Lettering on the spine and front cover - ($42.00/binding)

Style three

STYLE 3: Lettering on the spine and front cover with the University seal - ($50.00/binding)

Traditional thesis covers use dark blue or black material with gold lettering.

Imitation Leather
IMITATION LEATHER: We also offer Imitation Leather for an additional $8.00 per volume bound.
